Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of project tasks, maintain productivity norms, and ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction activities such as Ramming/Piling, Trackers installation, Modules assembly, and integration of Cleaning Robots.
  • Manage a team of Assistant Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules, KPIs, and productivity targets.
  • Strictly enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) compliance across all site operations.
  • Ensure QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) compliance throughout the project.
  • Handle rate analysis, costing, cost control, and material reconciliation.
  • Mobilize resources as per project requirements.
  • Maintain close coordination with the Project Company and vendors for materials procurement.
  • Manage site administration and oversee resource allocation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.
