The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing JLL's on-ground marketing and communication plans to drive growth, revenue, and increase brand awareness in KSA, in alignment with global efforts.

Key Responsibilities

The KSA Marketing Manager will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that aligns with KSA's overall business goals and objectives, in line with the regional and global strategy, vision, initiatives, and guidelines.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing activations and campaigns in KSA, covering digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, as well as other channels. Manage the execution of public relations and communications initiatives to increase brand awareness and promote company news.
  • Manage the development and execution of events and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams locally and regionally, business stakeholders, external agencies, and media partners.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of the results, using relevant metrics such as digital KPIs, lead generation KPIs, and others.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure the successful development and deployment of marketing initiatives.
