The Customer Success Director is accountable for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information and Cyber Security services.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a customer success strategy to achieve strategic objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and prospects.
  3. Conduct regular customer reviews and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  7. Develop and deliver high-quality sales materials, including proposals, presentations and pitches.
  8. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and progress towards goals.
  9. Provide input and recommendations on service delivery, pricing and other product-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or any related field.
