The role involves leading a team of experts in fragility, conflict, and resilience, developing strategic plans, and contributing to policy dialogue in IsDB Member Countries.
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in economics, social development, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in humanitarian development peace nexus, recovery, and reconstruction.
Key responsibilities include preparing business cases for new initiatives, participating in the development of annual work plans and divisional budgets, and contributing to knowledge sharing and dissemination events.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can demonstrate strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
