Job DescriptionThe Client Services Partner plays a vital role in our Pre-Sales function, serving as a key partner to our sales team and customers. This role involves supporting the sales team in packaging, positioning, and integrating services to an opportunity, utilizing our comprehensive portfolio of services including customer success, implementation, consulting delivery, cloud managed services, and support & maintenance.
This individual is responsible for shaping desired customer outcomes and designing executable offerings to deliver value across the customer lifecycle. They will work closely with sales and delivery teams to establish and shape customer requirements, pitch services aligned with customer objectives, qualify deals, and set the services sales strategy.
The successful candidate will ensure that IFS proposals follow best practices and standards while minimizing risk to both the customer and IFS. They will collaborate with multiple contributors to drive the services content of bids, underpinning documentation, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate customer requirements discovery workshops
- Pitch services aligned with customer objectives
- Qualify deals and set services sales strategy
- Ensure IFS proposals follow best practices and standards
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or pre-sales role
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Strategic planning skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Competency in using Microsoft Office tools
