Sales and Retention Strategist

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Retention Strategist to join our team at Torry Harris Integration Solutions. As a Sales and Retention Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction, as well as identifying opportunities to expand our presence in existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Identify opportunities to expand our presence in existing customer accounts, developing targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy that drives business growth and increases customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, or account management roles, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
- Ability to understand business and technology challenges and align them with solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
