Sales and Partnerships Specialist

About the Role:
The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for securing and maintaining partnerships with merchants in their designated area. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new merchants and increase sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure ongoing partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in fast-paced industries, preferably hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
- A proven track record of past employment.
- Livability within the territory and familiarity with local business trends.
- Possession of a vehicle.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Pre-existing merchant relationships are advantageous.
