This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors and contractors, preparing documentation, and providing technical support. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Schedule tasks and set deadlines in collaboration with the Facility and Fit-Out Manager, manage maintenance activities within the team based on priorities and skills.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless task execution, onboard vendors or service providers for maintenance and fit-out tasks as required.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare essential documentation for maintenance activities, present reports on maintenance progress, costs, and issues to the Facility and Fit-Out Manager.
  • Technical Guidance: Interpret engineering drawings to support maintenance and fit-out activities, provide technical expertise to assist the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-2 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related role.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, proficiency in English and Arabic, excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
