We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Nurse for our Outpatient Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide efficient and compassionate care to patients seeking outpatient services.
  • Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to staff based on their skills and qualifications.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Address staffing shortages and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and quality of care, and implement quality initiatives to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the OPD, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Manage the OPD budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee the maintenance of medical equipment and supplies, and coordinate with other departments within the healthcare facility to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • 7 years of experience in the same field and 3 years experience in the same position as Head Nurse OPD.
  • Masters degree in Nursing Holder.
  • Dataflow is a must.
  • Saudi license holder is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
