Senior Sales Role:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in key vertical markets while managing existing accounts. The successful candidate will have extensive sales experience and strong negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to expand market share in key sectors
  2. Pursue new business opportunities with key customers
  3. Qualify leads; create target lists for vertical markets
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge
  5. Maintain accurate inventory levels, negotiate prices, process orders, and handle returns
  6. Foster excellent customer service relationships
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve consistent quota results
  8. Prepare and submit regular reports as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the industry, with proven ability to sell and negotiate effectively
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
