**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project procurement of goods, supplies, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project requirements.
  2. Supplier Management: Identify, qualify, and manage a network of suppliers to meet project needs.
  3. Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms, and manage the contracting process to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  4. Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure project delivery.
  5. Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reporting on procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in project business, preferably with familiarity with railway projects.
  3. Skills: Strong strategic negotiation skills, P2P, SAP, e-auction, e-RfQ experience, solid knowledge of legal and compliance aspects in procurement, and fluency in both written and spoken English.
