Role Summary:

As a Collections Professional at KONE Nederland, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts receivables and improving cash flow. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer accounts receivables and improve cash flow.
  2. Resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Coordinate credit management, collection, and dispute management processes with BPO and retained organization.
  4. Support FL expertise in resolving complicated collection cases.
  5. Analyze dispute root causes and implement corrective actions.
  6. Carry out first collection contact physically, depending on local requirements.
  7. Perform transactional tasks for accounts retained in FL responsibility.
  8. Route disputes for agreed retained accounts to relevant business stakeholders.
  9. Record invoice disputes into collection and dispute management solution as they arise.
  10. Dispatch recorded disputes to relevant business stakeholders for resolution.
  11. Apply Collection strategy for agreed retained accounts.
  12. Maintain structured collection calls towards customers.
  13. Request promises to pay from customers and record given promises.
  14. Coordinate with CS&A and inbound teams to facilitate collections activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in the collection field.
  3. Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  5. Experience with SAP.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Interpersonal skills for handling sensitive customer interactions.
  9. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
