About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Concierge to lead our guest services team at Sofitel. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Delivery

  • Concierge Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage the Concierge team, providing guidance and support to achieve excellent results.
  • Operations Management
  • Manage concierge operations, including inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationships.
  • Training and Development
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and service standards.
Qualifications
  • Hospitality Background
  • Prior experience in hospitality, ideally in a luxury setting.
  • Leadership and Communication
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members and guests.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
  • Able to think critically and adapt to changing situations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
