Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Related Field: Possess a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, such as Environmental Science.
  2. Minimum 5 Years of Experience in HSE: Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role in the construction or civil engineering industry.
  3. Expertise in HSE Regulations and Best Practices: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices, with a proven track record of implementing effective HSE solutions.
  4. Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to prioritize HSE.
  5. Proficiency in Conducting HSE Inspections and Audits: Demonstrate proficiency in conducting HSE inspections and audits, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to identifying and mitigating risks.
  6. Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA): Possess certification in Occupational Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH or OSHA, or be willing to obtain certification.
  7. Ability to Work Collaboratively: Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  8. Fluency in English: Possess fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex HSE concepts effectively.
