Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Alnafitha IT. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Incident Management: Monitor and manage problems and special requests related to ManagEngine, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  2. Problem-Solving: Provide expert support to resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to deliver seamless solutions.
  3. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on problem tickets, documenting technical support steps and solutions for future reference.
  4. System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the ManagEngine system, identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions to maintain optimal service delivery.
  5. Process Improvement: Review system updates and changes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Skills: General knowledge of IT infrastructure, ITIL qualification, and excellent communication skills.
