About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, KSA. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue in the Middle East.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in achieving Facilities Management and project management consultancy revenue in the Middle East to grow the business profitably.
  • Work closely with the management team to produce bids and leverage client relationships.
  • Ensure a strong relationship with the Middle East business to maximize resources.
  • Generate new relationships and grow AtkinsRéalis' client base in the kingdom.
Requirements
  • Commercially focused, creative, and confident.
  • Understanding and appreciation of working in the Middle East.
Key Skills
  • Bid coordination and management.
  • Market and opportunity analysis support.
  • Preparation of presentation material.
  • Supporting Senior Management.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager in KSA.
  • Experience in Project Management/Facility Management/Real Estate or Construction industries.
  • High knowledge of the KSA market.
  • Presentable and professional.
  • Experience in bid production and market analysis.
  • Proven record in business development.
  • Bachelor's degree.
