Job Title: Senior Protocol and Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Protocol and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our CEO and other senior executives, ensuring seamless logistics and protocol arrangements for their visits and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement protocol plans, objectives, policies, processes, and procedures.
  2. Manage and coordinate CEO guest services, including reception, farewell, hospitality, transportation, government, and logistic services.
  3. Ensure the availability and accessibility of logistics requirements concerning inward visits, including meeting room, meeting setup, required organization, and meeting amenities.
  4. Filter and prioritize received events invitations from relevant domestic and international entities, according to importance and CEO availability.
  5. Develop briefs to support CEO participation decision by evaluating upcoming events in terms of purpose, guest profiles, location, and attendance requirements.
  6. Coordinate with event organizers to understand event detailed requirements (CEO's role, etc.) and check all needed clarifications (i.e., event location, setup, seating plan).
  7. Manage drafting and preparing appropriate CEO's speech and gather all event supporting material in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
  8. Perform other activities as and when required.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  2. 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
