About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at تكامل القابضة. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in defining project objectives, leading client engagement activities, and conducting strategic analyses to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client organizations, industries, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative strategies.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading client engagement activities, including client presentations, workshops, and executive-level updates.
  • Project Management: Manage project plans and oversee the execution of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Client Satisfaction: Perform final assessment with client to gain input and satisfaction on output of the project.
  • Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client proposals writing, and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the team during consulting engagements to execute projects, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, MBA or Master's degree in any other related field (preferable).
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

  • Language Skills: Candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English are highly desirable.
