We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple projects within our entertainment and leisure destination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple projects within the Qiddiya portfolio.
  2. Manage the commercial planning process, including market analysis, financial forecasting, and budgeting to ensure profitability.
  3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the best possible commercial terms.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring commercial strategies align with operational and project delivery goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market trends, opportunities, and threats, ensuring Qiddiya remains at the forefront of the entertainment industry. Additionally, they will mentor and develop junior commercial staff, promoting best practices and innovative approaches to commercial management.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Commercial Management or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, real estate, or tourism sectors.
  3. Strong background in financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
  4. Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
