Sales and Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- B2B Client Engagement: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Create customized presentations and proposals that address client needs and showcase CBS's offerings.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability for both CBS and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to management.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales B2B professional who can contribute to the success of CBS Comprehensive Business Services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
