About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Security Manager to join our team at Six Flags Qiddiya City. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pre-Opening Phase:
  • Develop and implement security processes and procedures for the park.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental plans and goals.
  • Monitor and assess the threat level towards the park and implement appropriate responses.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and IP partners.
  • Collaborate with external contractors to ensure the design and implementation of security systems.
  • Establish a robust training plan for new and existing team members.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts for the Security Operations team.
During Operations:
  • Ensure all Security Department personnel have a detailed understanding of Park Emergency Operations Procedures.
  • Manage a team of Park Security Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Officers, and Parking Assistants.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with Local Law Enforcement, Civil Defense team, CID, Police, and Tourism Department.
  • Continuously work towards improving operational efficiency and overall guest safety experience.
  • Enforce all park policies, procedures, and maintain all Six Flags and Qiddiya standards.
  • Carry out the role of the Security Department Duty Manager responsibilities on a rotational basis.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive yearly training and exercise plans.
  • Responsible for the overall safety of all guests and colleagues within and while visiting Six Flags Qiddiya City.
  • Manage the day-to-day Security Operations for the Park.
  • Continually monitor and assess the threat level towards the park and implement appropriate responses.
  • Provide training, development, mentoring, and evaluation of security staff.
  • Investigate all acts of crime or any losses incurred against guests or staff.
Requirements
  1. College degree program or equivalent functional experience is preferred.
  2. 3-6 years managerial level experience in the Middle East, with pre-opening and/or project management in security operations.
  3. Extensive knowledge of fire prevention, safety, and security operations.
  4. Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  5. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
  6. Fluent in English.
  7. Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulations, Saudi MOI law, and Industrial Security.
  8. Proficiency Level in Self-Actualization & Fulfillment: ADVANCED
  9. Proficiency Level in Team Synergy & Development: ADVANCED
  10. Proficiency Level in Entrepreneurial Mindset & Drive: ADVANCED
  11. Proficiency Level in Business Acumen & Diligence: ADVANCED
