The Clinical Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to work with key stakeholders, including surgeons, staff, executives, and local implant teams. Your primary goal will be to drive system utilization for Zimmer Biomet products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

As a Clinical Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons and affiliated staff in the region.
  2. Providing high-quality support during surgeries, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  3. Tracking visits and referrals made in accordance with the Sales Manager's instructions, meeting deadlines with precision.
  4. Adhering to regional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Force, always staying focused on results.
  5. Gaining in-depth knowledge of Zimmer Biomet products and competitors to deliver exceptional value to customers.
  6. Carefully managing samples and vehicles supplied to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Preparing weekly/monthly reports for the Sales Manager, highlighting performance metrics, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  8. Collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted account development plans tailored to the local market, driving growth and success.
  9. Delivering on-site product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build market awareness and establish thought leadership.


To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent planning and organizing abilities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Sharp analysis and decision-making skills, making informed decisions that drive results.


You will bring to this role a Bachelor Degree or Vocational School Degree, along with first-hand experience in sales within a similar sector. Our ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and driven to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
