We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions/services in the domains of IT Service Management Solutions or ISO Consultation Services.

Main Duties:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain existing client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets for revenue growth in assigned product lines.
  • Promote demand-generating marketing initiatives in assigned markets for specific product specialties.
  • Nurture professional relationships with key decision-makers in assigned client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of company resources (business development, support, service, marketing, customer success, and management) in meeting account objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate, confirm, and prioritize customer needs on a continuous basis.
  • Drive solution development efforts that best address customer needs while involving relevant stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide regular progress updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
