Sales Leadership Opportunity:

Masadubai is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the KSA air conditioning and home appliances market. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership style and a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand brand presence in the KSA market.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients and other stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations and promotions with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to increase market share and guide the team in execution.
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams, driving performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the KSA market, competition, and industry trends.
