Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement store design specifications that align with our brand image and business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with our operations team to create and review security and maintenance strategies.
  3. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  4. Review and approve project plans, including purchase orders and expense reports.
  5. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
  6. Identify innovative and cost-effective solutions for store development.
  7. Assign individual responsibilities and resources for specific projects.
  8. Maximize the commercial and aesthetic potential of each store.
  9. Ensure proper brand positioning and consumer insights are incorporated into store design.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  2. PMBOK certification in Project Management is mandatory.
  3. Proficient in English.
  4. At least 7-10 years of experience in project management and team leadership.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with building automation systems (BAS).
