Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Manage the department's operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and international standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field; Master's or Pharm.D preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a large healthcare organization, with recent management experience.
  • Current valid license to practice in the area of specialty; registration in Saudi Medical Council and/or current license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
  • Competent knowledge of MOH and SFDA rules and regulations.
  • Proven leadership and administrative skills; fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Managerial and working knowledge of computer systems; exhibits professionalism and excellent interpersonal communications skills.
