Scope: This role involves ensuring workplace safety by developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to safety management and a strong understanding of occupational health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and protocols. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
  • Risk Assessment & Incident Management: Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. Prepare and maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
  • Training & Awareness: Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees. Promote a culture of safety through workshops, meetings, and communication campaigns. Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in safety engineering or occupational health and safety.
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nationality: Saudi is a Must
