About Our Team

We are a dynamic team at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeking an experienced AVP CAD KSA to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the review of documentation, credit control, and MIS related activities for CIB, Consumer & Private Banking business post credit sanctions/approvals in KSA.
  • Maintain credit facility files with relevant documents received from Coverage teams, scanning facility documentation before recording them in the vault for safe custody.
  • Review standard & non-standard documentation, Syndicated Agreements, Facility Offer Letters, Security related documents, Internal & External legal opinions and other condition precedent documents, etc. in compliance with sanctioned credit approvals.
  • Ensure all security/support documents have been properly executed, signatures verified, and authenticities of signatories supported by resolution/POA.
  • Coordinate with CAD-International team in Head Office/Product Specialists/Coverage and Credit Teams as needed to complete the documentation process/limit release in the Bank's Systems.
  • Ensure approval from relevant authorities held for deferrals/waiver of any incomplete documents.
  • Ensure rectification of existing discrepancies/deficiencies (if any) in documentation.
  • Review documentation deficiency reports and follow up for timely submission/renewal.
  • Lodge documents and update collateral data in the Bank's system.
  • Verify and confirm periodically at renewal/review of credit limits that all required security/support documents are physically held in safe custody and periodic clean-up of old and obsolete facility/security documents upon settlement.
  • Review/approve requested permanent releases of collaterals, security documentation, and ensure no liabilities or outstanding facilities canceled from the system.
What We Offer
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 7-8 years with at least 5 years' experience in Credit Admin function and legal documentation within a Financial Institution, preferably with International experience across multinational banks, extensive experience, and involvement in credit approval processes.
  • Innovative, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • High integrity and business ethics.
  • Solid experience and knowledge in Credit Admin Functions and legal documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Banking sector, client's sectors, industries, and market trends.
  • Very good knowledge of Banking Products/Corporate Credit Administration functions.
