Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise external clients' projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and coordinating interdepartmental activities to meet project objectives.
  2. Prepare detailed project plans, coordinate project activities, and deliver against the statements of work (SOW). Provide direction to the team during the project for both overall delivery and daily management of activities.
  3. Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity progress reports and time recording/management reports to customers, management, and sales.
  4. Ensure system-based project closure, control financial compliance, and provide input for weekly revenue forecast to drive customer satisfaction and achieve exceptional customer experience.
  5. Ensure management awareness of potential issues or customer escalations and serve as the single point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement, ensuring transparency by regularly communicating project status to the project team and customer.
  6. Build strong, dynamic relationships through communications with customers, management, sales, and delivery personnel. Articulate the full value of Dell Solutions and Dell Services business benefits to customers, identifying future business opportunities.

Requirements

  1. 4 to 6 years of experience as a services project manager, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  2. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
  3. Strong knowledge of associated services and solutions.
  4. Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.
  5. Focus on quality and results, with a desire to maximize the commercial value of customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Recognized project management certification (PMP, Prince 2, etc.).
