About the Role

The Dealer Sales Consultant will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving sub-dealer relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards at Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and negotiation, with a strong understanding of automotive dealer/distributor business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth through effective engagement with sub-dealers and identify strategies to increase market share
  2. Manage sub-dealer relationships to enhance performance and ensure compliance with corporate standards
  3. Act as the primary liaison between Al-Futtaim Automotive and sub-dealers, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels
Financial and Credit Management
  • Ensure timely collections and manage credit accounts in line with company policies
  • Monitor sales performance and identify improvement areas, working closely with finance to track outstanding payments and enforce credit control policies

This role requires a strong understanding of automotive dealer/distributor business processes, sales experience in both wholesale and retail environments, and market knowledge.
