- Metrics Analysis and Reporting:
Drive insights from collected and analyzed key performance metrics, improving promise calculation and speed performance. Identify trends and performance gaps to recommend and implement solutions. - Internal Stakeholder Management:
Lead the creation and running of a weekly business review to ensure clear communication with leadership. Ensure collaboration with operations teams for alignment with business goals. - Process Documentation and Improvement:
Develop clear documentation for processes, reports, and operational workflows. Create Speed bridges explaining the gap between goal and performance. - Collaboration and Support:
Partner with business leaders and operations teams to identify and implement improvements. Provide support to senior PM with actionable insights.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
