We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at hei Technology International. The Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide technical support for clients and sales partners and prepare technical and commercial submittals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as sales manager in GCC region and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technical field, preferably lighting.
- A well-established network of contacts in outdoor lighting, IoT, and / or Smart City projects.
- Enthusiasm for solar technologies, renewable energies, and environmental-friendly products.
- Preferably a university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, renewable energy systems, computer science, or lighting design, etc. or similar qualification.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
