We are looking for a Marketing Operations Director to drive the success of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and strategic direction of our brand, including sales, marketing, customer service, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the brand, aligning with company goals and market trends.
    • Lead the brand's positioning in the market, ensuring it maintains a competitive edge.
    • Identify new business opportunities and channels to expand the brand's market share.
  • Sales Performance Management
    • Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring the brand operates within budget, optimizing profits, and managing expenses.
    • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discount structures to maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Customer Engagement & Experience
    • Lead the development of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and attract new customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to build brand awareness through both digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, events, sponsorships).
    • Ensure a strong customer experience at all touchpoints, from sales to after-sales services, including developing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Build and lead a high-performing team by hiring, training, and motivating employees.
    • Foster a positive work culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, and achieving business objectives.
