Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position as a Senior Product Specialist based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, they will provide training and support to clients, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with other departments to increase customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and building relationships with key clients.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to operate equipment according to manufacturer standards.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, securing favorable terms and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, analyzing data to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in sales, specifically in laboratory diagnostic solutions, particularly in Serology, Immunology & Allergy departments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and providing technical support.
- Negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable contracts and partnerships.
- Knowledge of the medical devices industry and diagnostic laboratory solutions is highly beneficial.
