Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Support Services Coordinator.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support services to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

You will also have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in using CRM applications and digital marketing tools to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries via telephone or email.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Liaise and coordinate between Sales Team, Production, and Quality departments to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas/targets.
  • Fluent in English language (reading and writing).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
