In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted business partner and coach to line management. You will consult and support Line Managers across the business units, focusing on measuring employee engagement and taking necessary actions to improve it.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will act as a change agent, facilitating transition and ensuring compliance with Group policy throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support line managers in creating a culture of employee engagement based on 'Al Futtaim Way' values, reinforcing meritocracy, performance-focus, and diversity at all times.
