Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Expert to join our team at JT Career Consultancy Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Acumen: Possess strong commercial acumen and adaptability to navigate in a changing business landscape.
  • Commercialization Roadmaps: Assess and recommend commercialization roadmaps for graduated projects.
  • New Business Ideas: Generate new business ideas and evaluate their feasibility.
  • Opportunity Screening: Screen independent business proposals using strategic and technical criteria to prioritize opportunities aligned with the LTC strategy.
  • Functional Expertise: Provide functional expertise to evaluate capabilities and risks of proposed ventures.
  • Negotiations: Lead and/or support negotiations of agreements with external parties.
  • Mentorship: Mentor, train, and develop young professionals in the field.
  • Business Opportunities: Have a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • This role requires the candidate to permanently relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related specialty. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Possess at least 15 years of professional experience in business development.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in conducting economic and commercial evaluations for major chemicals and refining projects.
  • Have a deep understanding of associated operations and the integration of assets within the industry.
  • Possess expertise or knowledge in conducting techno-economic feasibility studies.
