About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Lead to join our team at Eram Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business efficiency and effectiveness across the Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in the Sector.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies, including management of strategic business initiatives, facilities, human resources, finances, IT, contracts, and administration.
  3. Work with shared services to ensure the needs of the Sector are met and delivered in a timely manner.
  4. Liaise with corporate shared services regarding new hires, onboarding, and induction.
  5. Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers, and provide contract management and administration services to the Sector.
  6. Manage and coordinate capacity building, professional learning, team building, employee wellbeing initiatives, project and business management systems, etc.
  7. Develop and implement dashboards and reporting for the Sector, so the leadership can use data and analytics effectively in decision-making.
  8. Implement and coordinate all corporate programs and strategic initiatives across the Sector.
  9. Recommend and implement continuous improvements to processes, procedures, and systems, and ensure proper internal controls, policies, and operating procedures are in place across the Sector.
Requirements
  • 4 years' proven experience in business or executive management in any industry.
  • Ability to provide input into building strategy, problem-solve, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of technology to support business management.
  • Understanding of how data/metrics can be used to inform future decision making.
  • Proven experience organizing and managing multiple teams.
  • Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with a good command of English and the ability to present confidently to small and large groups.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or any related field. Master's degree is preferable.
