Key Responsibilities:
  1. Forecasting and Planning: Conduct thorough order forecasts to accurately determine and allocate manpower resources across stores, ensuring optimal staffing levels for efficient order fulfillment.
  2. Manpower Capacity Planning: Develop and maintain a manpower capacity plan that accounts for factors such as seasonal fluctuations, special events, and anticipated changes in order volume.
  3. Shift Scheduling: Develop and maintain shift schedules based on the forecasted labor requirements and operational needs.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess and track the productivity and accuracy of store staff.
  5. Outsourcing Management: Collaborate with outsourcing manpower companies to source and manage the staffing needs of the organization.
  6. Timesheet Validation: Review and validate employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  7. Invoice Preparation: Prepare monthly invoices for outsourced manpower providers based on the recorded attendance data.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor degree preferred, or related certificate.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of related experience.
  3. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with grocery operations and industry trends preferred.
