Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to assist in the delivery of project objectives in line with the Project Plan.
  • Monitor and actively engage in relevant Health, Safety, and Wellbeing standards aspects of the project at all stages.
  • Assist in the preparation and modifications of project plans and keep them updated and relevant over the course of the project.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and stakeholders to ensure robust quality systems are suitably managed and monitored in line with Service Excellence.
  • Attend and record relevant meetings, providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis, including regular site walks.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders and actively participate in risk management and mitigation treatments.
  • Assist in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalized within the agreed timeframes.
  • Assist in providing handover documentation prior to practical completion.
  • Understand the business's priorities through Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and responsible business.
  • Support the project and programme management team activities relating to external/third-party client appointments.
  • Conduct research, analysis, record-keeping, and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information to contribute to the delivery of project management operations.
  • Identify solutions to issues that are generally defined but not always immediately evident and require problem-solving.
  • Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry qualification (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years' experience working in a similar/relevant field is essential for client approval.
