Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling all facets of the hotel and cross-selling other InterContinental Hotels Group properties.

  • You will work closely with the Sales Manager to plan sales strategies and implement tactics to achieve business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business accounts through effective communication and action plans.
  • Solicit and close business according to established parameters, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and familiarizations to stay up-to-date with the hotel's services and offerings.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a professional manner.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A diploma or vocational certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
