Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a strategic sales approach, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Promoting and selling hotel services while cross-selling other IHG properties.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients through proactive engagement and account management.
  • Identifying business leads, converting opportunities into confirmed sales, and negotiating contracts effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of one year in a sales-related role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
