Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the direct operations of our project in Makkah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the contract to achieve set SLAs, client relationships, and profit goals.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  1. To plan and coordinate all activities related to O&M of all project buildings and facilities corresponding to various types of systems.
  2. To ensure that work quality meets established standards and objectives.
  3. To maintain high staff productivity and efficiency in a professional/safe environment.
  4. To maintain control on financial performance and overall cost control.
  5. To direct, supervise, and monitor project team and subcontractor/supplier performances.
  6. To arrange for technical and administrative training for staff and labor.
  7. To personally pursue and support the project in achieving KPIs.
  8. Accountable for business unit's overall performance (financial and non-financial).
  9. To execute strategies approved by the Director of FM.
  10. To manage Hajj season in the project.
  11. To maintain good customer and business partner relations, including resolving contractual issues.
  12. To develop and supervise implementation of operational policies and procedures supporting FM stated strategies and objectives.
  13. To input on and resolve difficult technical issues.
  14. To ensure maximum coordination with other projects for resource optimization.
  15. To ensure maximum coordination with centralized functions.
  16. To bring required level of supervision to ensure well-functioning project.
  17. To work as a constructive member of the team reporting to the Operations manager.
  18. To ensure effective correspondence and communication with the client.
  19. To identify and track KPIs for the projects, and devise plans and initiatives for operational/cost improvements.
  20. To maximize revenue by securing additional works/scope/area to increase profitability.
