Main Duties:
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organization to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with 3-4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
