Key Responsibilities

Efficient Coordination

As a key member of the Jadeer Logistics Company team, the Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating between customers, suppliers, terminals, transporters, shipping lines, dispatchers, workshop, and transport supervisor to ensure timely performance and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and manage orders from all customers.
  2. Optimize trip routes to ensure the shortest possible time.
  3. Minimize unnecessary delays in trips.
  4. Prepare data on available trucks for the next day to facilitate smooth operations.
  5. Follow up with the workshop on truck repairs.
  6. Ensure compliance with Tamm, portpass, and other relevant documentations.
  7. Provide daily reports to customers on their orders.
  8. Monitor trucks and drivers' performance.

Technical Requirements

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of various systems such as Fasah, Bayan, and company ERP.
