Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goal of becoming the leading online florist in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and engages our target audience.

Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our products and services, while also providing value to our followers.
  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize our social media presence across all major platforms, including META (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community among our followers by responding to comments, answering questions, and sharing user-generated content.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, digital content strategy, or brand engagement.
  • Strong expertise in content evaluation, trend analysis, and engagement growth strategies.
  • Experience in social media performance tracking, analytics interpretation, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
