About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of HSE risks through proactive intelligence gathering and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training programs on HSE risk management and prevention.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee forensic investigations into HSE incidents, near misses, and non-conformities.
  • Develop and maintain HSE reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of safety incidents.
  • Provide expert advice on HSE risk management and compliance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NEBOSH, ICAO Safety Management Systems (SMS), or OSHA preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HSE risk management, investigations, and safety intelligence.
