Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our marketing endeavors in Saudi Arabia. As a Luxury Brand Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for driving our marketing strategy forward in the region, leveraging your expertise in 360° marketing and trade marketing.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth in Saudi Arabia.
  • Mentor and guide the local marketing team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and retail, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with regional stakeholders to gain insight into local market dynamics and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the luxury industry.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in luxury brand marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and ability to measure their impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
