We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects delivery in the Americas and Europe Business Unit (BU) to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management cycle for all projects within the BU, from requirements definition through deployment.
  • Project Planning: Establish and implement project plans, including scope, work plans, delivery schedules, budget estimations, and project risk mitigation plans.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate between internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Review and analyze project progress updates to ensure that project teams are adhering to processes and requirements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors/consultants, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes, taking into account leading practices, changes in the business environment, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  • Team Management: Manage, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain solid relations with external stakeholders, including governmental entities and consultants, to serve the best interest of the Saudi Tourism Authority.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: Not less than 6 years of experience in project management or another relevant field.
