Your Role:
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, quality, supply chain, and production, to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Documentation and Control: Manage and track project documentation, including procedures, drawings, manuals, and project schedules, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Project Monitoring and Risk Management: Continuously monitor project progress and costs, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise, and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
  5. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with clients and project participants to provide assistance and technical support, ensuring seamless project execution.
  6. Change Management: Track and document all changes associated with the project, ensuring they are reflected in all applicable documentation and bills of material.
Your Profile:
  1. Engineering graduate, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in project management/engineering in the manufacturing/valve industry.
  3. Knowledge of industry standards, including Aramco's requirements and procedures.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, time management, and organization skills.
  5. Basic understanding of valve engineering, including valve design, types, applications, and industry standards.
  6. Knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes, and industry best practices.
  7. Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
